Module Not Responding

  1. Goto In Field Battery Test
  2. Does the charger function properly?
    1. No - Contact BrainMaster Technologies, 440-232-6000, and obtain an RGA # for a replacement charger.
    2. Yes - Try using your unit on another computer. (If you do not have another computer proceed to Step 6)
    3. Does the unit work on the other computer?
      1. Yes - Verify all settings on computer and try again
      2. No - Contact BrainMaster for an RGA # to return the unit for service
