- Goto In Field Battery Test
- Does the charger function properly?
- No - Contact BrainMaster Technologies, 440-232-6000, and obtain an RGA # for a replacement charger.
- Yes - Try using your unit on another computer. (If you do not have another computer proceed to Step 6)
- Does the unit work on the other computer?
- Yes - Verify all settings on computer and try again
- No - Contact BrainMaster for an RGA # to return the unit for service
