Software Installation Problems

  1. Make sure you are not installing the software to a custom path.  MUST be installed to c:\brainm.20
  2. Make sure the software is not currently running.  Exit (close) all BrainMaster programs.
  3. Make sure you are not trying to use a third party unzipping utility.  Use the setup.exe file or follow the instructions on the CD
  4. if you get a MIDI Error
    1. Clcik Start then Control panel
    2. Doble click on Sounds and Audio Devices (Classic View)
    3. Click the Audio tab
    4. Make sure your MIDI playback device is set properly
