If the signal is experiencing noise you can try several things to fix this problem:
- Try moving the BrainMaster farther away from the computer
- Unplug the unit from its charger
- If you are using a laptop, unplug the AC adapter
- Try braiding the electrodes together to try to cancel the noise
- Reapply the electrodes to ensure good preparation
- Make sure there is no hair in the way of the electrode making connection with the skin
- Try other electrodes you know are in good working condition
If none of these work try touching all of the electrodes together. If you do not see a flat line you should call BrainMaster, 440-232-6000, to obtain an RGA # and return the unit for service.
