Why does my BrainMaster pass key for BioExplorer Enhanced not work?

If BioExplorer is not accepting your BrainMaster Enhanced Passkey, check the following.

Make sure that you have selected the appropriate COM Port and click on Set.
Then attempt to enter the passkey and serial number.
Check to make sure that your passkey is entered in the correct position. In BioExplorer the BrainMaster Passkey goes on top and the serial number on the bottom.
