In Field Battery Test

Does the light come on when you turn the unit on?

Yes - Your battery is in good working condition

No - Has the unit been plugged in and turned off for at least 12 hours between uses?

Yes - Test the charger

No - Plug the unit in and charge it for at least 24 hours.  If this does not work test the charger.

Testing the charger

If you have a voltmeter you should be able to measure 14V between the pin to the ring.  If you do not have a voltmeter, touch the end of the charger to your tongue.  You should feel a small sting.

Yes - Contact BrainMaster, 440-232-600, for an RGA # to retrurn the unit for repairs

No - Contact BrainMaster, 440-232-6000, for a new charger.  When you receive the charger charge your unit.
