We have found a "false positive" virus detection in some PC's.  It may occur if:

IF you have an older 2.5-based installation with 2006 updates.

and IF you have the AGV virus detection software

and IF you update to the AGV 2008 virus definitions,

It may say there is a "trojanhorseflooder.els" in the file "conv.exe".

This file dates to pre-2000 and does not contain a virus,  The detection software is creating a "false positive" detection by mistake.

This is an obsolete file and can be deleted anyway.

This only occurs if you have old 2.5 software that was updated in the 2006 time frame.

Norton Antivirus does not seem to detect a virus in this file, so it is most likely not a virus at all, but something that "looks like" a virus to the AGV detection software.

So there is nothing to worry about.  Delete the files that the virus detection software finds, and the BrainMaster software should work fine, and there are no viruses.

If you have problems, re-install 2.5SE from the web page www.brainm.com/software/2.5 and update to 3.2.1 if you want from www.brainm.com/software/3.0
