19-channel MINI-Q with NeuroGuide 2.4.4 Analysis |
|||||
The attached document shows 19 channels gathered on a 4-channel Atlantis MINI-Q . The data were gathered in 5 minutes, by gathering 1-minute samples from 4 channels at a time. The NeuroGuide analysis includes z scores as well as topographic maps of EEG data. Coherence phase , and asymmetry connectivity maps will also be available, in the updated NeuroGuide 2.4.4. If you have trouble accessing the attached file, use the following link: www.brainm.com/software/pubs/MINIQ19cha.pdf
The channels gathered were: Fz Cz T3 T4 F3 F3 O1 O2 C3 C4 F7 F8 P3 P4 T5 T6 Fp1 Fp2 Pz (If the electrocap has Oz connected, it can be gathered as a 20th channel)
Instructions how to gather the 19-channel data are at: www.brainm.com/software/pubs/Procedure%20for%20mini-q%20IIa.pdf

Tom, I like your way of thinking re site selection for a 4ch assessment. I am looking for the best way to handle that data (I have the 4ch Z module as well as regular Neuroguide). It seems that options are to use BReview (yet that can not give Z scores, or at least I dk how to get it) vs to import the .k04 or .e04 files into NG.) When comparing the uv values they differ. Do you have a suggested way to do a 4ch assessment that will let me get Z scores and accurate uv values. Thanks much for any help you can offer. Glenn |
