We are having a problem when training, an error message stalls the session.  The error message is PC COMM ERROR and some other stuff that makes no sense to me.  It happens at least 7 - 12 times during the training session, both front and back.  It didn't happen during our first week of training, only after I truly figured out how to use the file from our clinician.  I fear it is really messing up our results.

This may be due to the batteries being low.  Make sure you keep the unit plugged in, but turned off, every night.
The best schedule is 8 hours on, 16 hours off and charging.

Do not run the unit for short times, with charging in between.

Instead, run it for at least 4 hours at a stretch, and keep it charging all other times.
