Can I buy a replacement charger at Radio Shack or other retail store for my Brainmaster 2E or 2EW?

No, the charger and circuit are a matched set with the 2E and 2EW modules thus you will need to order a replacement Charger from BrainMaster Technologies or one of it's authorized Dealers.

BrainMaster Technologies Charger will measure 13.8-14.2 volts at the pin without a load.

A Charger from Radio Shack with matching specs (usually measures 9.0 volts at the pin) will shallow charge the unit and eventually your Module will begin to fail at the beginning or middle of your session.
