Lexicor has a metric called Spectral Correlation Coefficient .  BrainMaster software has a version of this metric, developed with the assistance of David Joffe, the originator of the Lexicor metric.

It can be used by selecting "SCC " in the Feedback Control panel, or via the Event Wizard.

The built-in protocol "peak" could be used, with the coherence type changed to select this metric.

This metric is also used by Dr. Kirtley Thornton.
