- Make sure you are not installing the software to a custom path. MUST be installed to c:\brainm.20
- Make sure the software is not currently running. Exit (close) all BrainMaster programs.
- Make sure you are not trying to use a third party unzipping utility. Use the setup.exe file or follow the instructions on the CD
- if you get a MIDI Error
- Clcik Start then Control panel
- Doble click on Sounds and Audio Devices (Classic View)
- Click the Audio tab
- Make sure your MIDI playback device is set properly
