Why am I not hearing the reward sounds?
Make sure you are getting points.  If not, check the "not getting points" parts of the troubleshooting guide.
Make sure that the Reward Sounds is checked.
  1. In the Training Control Screen click on Sound
  2. Make sure Reward Sounds is checked.
Reward Sounds

If you still do not hear sounds make sure your system volume is turned on and a reasonable level.

  1. In the lower right part of your screen next to the clock you will see a small speaker.  Double click on it
  2. Make sure you do not have mute checked and that the volume sliders are not all at the bottom.
