Can I use brainmaster graphs for presentations?

Just wondering if and how I might export a review graph to powerpoint or similar for use in a presentation.  It doesn't recognise the .BSM file as a picture.

The .bsm file is our own format, and contains all the  data.  If you want, you can open a .bsm file in Wordpad and look at the data directly.  The Review Session Results program reads this file to make graphs and reports.

You can get a picture into PowerPoint in two main ways:

By using the Windows PrtSc function and pasting the image into your document.  One solution is to view the graph, and type <Alt><PrtSc> which will copy the picture.  Then go into Power Point, and type <Ctrl><V> , or "paste" and the picture should appear. This will also work with Word or other programs.  It will put a "bitmap" of the image into the presentation or document.

Or, you can simply read the file into excel if you want, and make your own graph for import.   In the Review Session Results screen, press Excel File button, and it will produce an Excel file with the amplitude, variability, and coherence data.  You can make graphs directly from there using Excel.
